01 Definitions & Scope of Application

In these Terms & Conditions, "Bet Super", "we", and "our platform" refer to the website and services operating under the domain betsuper.wine. "User", "member", and "you" refer to any individual who registers for or uses Bet Super's services in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bet Super and every user who accesses or uses our platform. This document applies to all activities on the Bet Super platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, Sports Betting, casino games, table games, poker, e-sports, and all other services provided by Bet Super.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Bet Super's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Guidelines, all of which collectively form the entire agreement between the user and Bet Super.

02 Eligibility to Register a Bet Super Account

To register for and use Bet Super's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities
• Registering under your own name – not on behalf of another person
• Never been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings
• Never previously suspended or banned from the Bet Super platform

Bet Super reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Users who are unable to verify their eligibility when requested will face temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

When registering a Bet Super account, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in the immediate freezing of your account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

05 Withdrawals

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

07 General Betting Rules at Bet Super

All bets placed on Bet Super are subject to the specific game rules for each category – sports, Live Casino, table games, poker, and e-sports. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are stated at each table or market
• In the event of a technical disruption during a bet, Bet Super reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the wagered amount to the user's account balance
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet has been accepted will not affect existing bets.
• For sports betting such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and esports, the official results issued by the event's governing body are final for bet settlement purposes

Bet Super reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed based on insider information, fraud, or under illegitimate circumstances. Bet Super's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement is final.

08 Account Security & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet Super account password and login credentials. Bet Super recommends the following measures to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, with a minimum of 8 characters
• Never share your password with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Contact Bet Super support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

Bet Super shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's own failure to keep their account secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Bet Super account.

09 Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bet Super platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Duplicate Accounts – registering or using more than one account
• Bonus Abuse – exploiting promotions or using another person's account to claim bonuses
• Collusion – colluding unlawfully with other players in games such as poker to gain an unfair advantage
• Money Laundering – using the Bet Super platform to conceal or disguise the origins of illicit funds
• Unauthorised Software – using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform
• Insider Information – placing bets based on information not available to the general public
• Technical Disruptions – deliberately exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their Bet Super account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@betsuper.wine. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the original payment method used, subject to the settlement of all active bets.

Bet Super also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months

11 Bet Super's Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bet Super shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through betting activity on the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bet Super platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence

In all circumstances, Bet Super's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming
